Precisioner possesses the relevant equipment of die casting mold manufacturing and detection, with key equipment including: CNC, EDM, WEDM, fixtures, CMM, OMM, die spotting machine, oil temperature machine, die-casting machine (mold testing), etc.

For molds of zinc parts which need a die casting machine with higher locking force, we will need to use cold chamber die casting machine. The delivery time would be same as we build molds for aluminum parts.
Build time of trim die: About 25 to 38 days.
